This policy explains how BalCAN Immigration Services (“BalCAN”, “we”) handles personal information collected through balcanis.ca, online forms, email or telephone communications, and appointment scheduling (including third-party tools embedded on the site).

• information you provide when booking through a third party (e.g. Calendly), subject to that provider’s policy.
